From October 26th to 28th, during the fourth quarter sprint of the Henan mine battle, the crane products our company contracted for the Baoshan Base Project of Baosteel Co., Ltd. successfully passed the A inspection by the Baosteel project expert group.
Experts from the Baosteel project team checked the crane’s self-inspection records, material reports, flaw detection reports, and certificate of conformity for supporting parts. According to the A-inspection outline, the crane's trolley structure, bridge structure, and large and trolley assembly were measured; the lifting, trolley and trolley operating mechanisms, and electrical systems were energized and commissioned, and the appearance of the crane was inspected.
After strict A inspection, the expert group agreed that the crane has domestic advanced, mature and reliable technology, the product quality is excellent, and the energy consumption indicators have reached the domestic advanced level. Highly affirmed the production and manufacturing strength of Henan mines again.
This A-inspection was organized by the company's large-scale project office to organize the process department, technical department, quality assurance department, production department and production team and other relevant personnel, and cooperated with the Baosteel project expert group to strictly control the details, and the A-inspection work was a complete success.
