1. Background of crane training

The process department shall organize each single beam team to carry out the training on the loading protection specification of single beam crane. Improve the process from the aspects of product loading protection and painting process appearance to further improve the product quality.
(3) Daily pre shift patrol safety training
The safety and environment department shall organize all production workshops to carry out daily pre shift patrol safety training. Strengthen the concept of safe production, eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure safe production.
(4) Special training for quality inspectors
The quality assurance department shall organize the quality inspectors of each production workshop to carry out special quality training. Strengthen the inspection of standard implementation from actual cases, control each key process and realize the whole process quality control.
(5) Monthly special quality inspection summary meeting
The monthly special quality inspection team shall summarize the quality inspection results of each key process of single beam crane and double beam crane once a week, one item at a time, so as to control the quality from the source and ensure the stability of product quality.
(6) Crane professional knowledge training
Mr. Li Feng, the chief engineer and Deputy Engineer of the company, actively participated in the training of "batch of professional skills" and actively improved the quality of the staff.
